With time, the dream became bigger and I started to think about adding a small restaurant to the cooking school, a place that would tell my story and my flavours.
In 2019, that dream became reality with the opening of La Locanda del Gusto, a few steps from the centre of Sorrento.

Today it is a benchmark for those seeking simple, genuine and loving cuisine, enthusiastically reviewed by tourists from all over the world.
I am proud to be the fruit of my mother’s passion, commitment and love.
