Her passion for cooking began at just 14 years old, when she learned the secrets of authentic Neapolitan recipes from her beloved Mamma Titina.
Today, Chef Carmen welcomes travelers from around the world into her kitchen, sharing the recipes, stories and traditions that have shaped her life.
