Neapolitan, founded the “La cucina del gusto” school with the aim of spreading traditional cuisine Neapolitan and the authentic flavors of his youth.Over the years the school has become an international point of reference, where tourists from the most diverse corners of the Earth learn to create gnocchi, ravioli, lasagna and all those typical delicacies of Neapolitan culinary culture with their own hands.
