6 Nights Experience

Day 1

  • Pickup from the Naples airport or train station
  • Arrival at your property. Time on your own.
  • 7.30 welcome dinner in the hotel or in a local family restaurant

Day 2

  • 10.00 am pick up to enjoy an authentic day in  a local farm, where they have been producing top quality olive oil for years, and mozzarella cheese  and provolone. Pizza class with lunch
  • This evening at 4.30 PM, your first cooking lesson with Chef Carmen, followed by dinner

Day 3

  • At 8.00 am pickup  to visit the beautiful amalfi coast. Lunch on your own. Back at.3.00 pm
  • This evening at 4.30 PM, your second cooking lesson with Chef Carmen, followed by dinner

 Day 4

  • Today will be a full-day visit to the enchanting isle of Capri.  Lunch will be on your own
  • Dinner tonight is in a Michelin star restaurant for a Gourmandize experience 

Day 5

  • Today will be a winery morning with visit and lunch discovering the regional wine grapes
  • Free afternoon
  • Dinner in a simple local restaurant

Day 6

  • At  10.00 am third cooking class with lunch to follow based on your efforts
  • Afternoon on your own. Perhaps take an optional tour to Pompeii (for an additional transportation cost)
  • Dinner on your own

 Day 7

  • Departure from the hotel to the Naples airport or train station
